Espresso / Coffee Blends

Coffee Blends Blending is an ever-changing art where one can create a very different impression by blending beans than would be found if the blend components were kept separate. The key to creating a great blend is to ensure that the individual components are consistent in acidity, body, flavor and aroma. Sometimes coffee blends can’t be roasted as a single batch so they are “blended after roasting” instead. This is because water content, bean hardness, and blend taste requirements must be considered in the roasting process.

Cappuccine Blend
Medium to slightly dark roasted estate coffees from Central America and Kenya make for a rich, dark brew with good body and acidity.

Latte Blend
Dark roasted blend of Indonesian and Central American coffees combine to create a brew with a heavy body, and an intense, smoky flavor.

Pacific Espresso Blend
A dark roast blend with a smooth, heavy body and a strong, yet smooth, aftertaste. If you like a Seattle-style espresso blend with a heavy body and a strong, smooth aftertaste, then this is the espresso blend for you. For the espresso connoisseur.

Velvet Hammer Blend
Sweet, mild and bright, yet smooth, syrupy, and strong. African, Pacific, and Central American beans provide great body and acidity enveloped in a smoky Italian roast. The coffee lovers coffee.

Breakfast Blend
A blend of cinnamon roasted Central & Latin American beans with a light body, subtle flavor, a snap of acidity and a bright finish.

Cappuccine Blend

Euro-Dark Blend
Using a base of Central American beans, we blend our hearty French roast with our smooth yet robust Italian roast to create a wonderfully strong and smooth cup with a full body and medium acidity. A beautiful light and dark blend.

Mocha Java Blend

Original 7 Bean Blend
Seven of the world's finest coffees from Africa, Asia Pacific, Central and South America are used to create a truly unique, intense coffee with a full body, full aroma and a distinctive flavor. Available at a light/medium roast blend.

This complex blend of light to medium roasts with dark roasts produces a slightly smoky coffee with a bright flavor and light-to-medium acidity. The "perfect cup".
