Brought to a Peak City/Vienna roast.We use only 100% fine Arabica beans that are hand-selected, sun-dried, and then roasted in small batches using the European method of slow roasting. The beans are then air-cooled and packaged while still warm in patented valve bags to ensure the ultimate in freshness.
